Can’t log in?
If you’ve forgotten your password and you have not received a reset email, check your spam and promotional folders. If you still have not received an email after checking those folders, please use the Contact Us link to request assistance. We will manually reset your password for you. Please allow 48 hours to respond (M-F), although it is usually faster than that.
Where is my pdf pattern?
Immediately after purchase you will come to the ‘Order Received’ screen. You will find your download link in the product description. Clicking on the ‘Download: Pattern Name’ will automatically start downloading the pdf pattern to your computer. Usually, you’ll have a ‘Downloads’ folder on your computer where downloaded files end up. You can also access your download files in your ‘My Account’ immediately after purchase. An email confirming your order will also be sent to you but it may take some time to get to you and even may end up in your spam or trash folder depending on how your email provider handles these types of emails.
Why do I have to create an account?
Having an account means you have access to your pattern purchases all the time and can download your patterns as needed. If you happen to lose your copy, you know you can always get a new one by just logging into your account and re-downloading.
It also means you have immediate access to any pattern updates without having to wait for an email!
Can I make and sell clothing from Pattern Niche sewing patterns?
Yes, absolutely! No credit needed but appreciated.
Can I share or trade this sewing pattern file with my friends?
No, you may not. Digital products such as this pdf pattern are protected by copyright laws. Please refer your friends to where they may purchase their own copy.

Returns/Refunds
Returns:
We do not offer returns on PDF patterns if they’ve been downloaded. If a pattern has not been downloaded (i.e. was bought accidentally), we can offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (or not downloaded).
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds are given in the form of store credit with the exception of duplicate charges. If you feel you have a duplicate charge, reach out to us though the CONTACT US form.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 3-7 business days).
